National Pokedex of Real Pokemon

Now we get to the Creative Part. You are allowed to make your own Pokemon. Now to make sure things do not get out of hand I limit you to one, ONE!, Uno, 1! Pokemon that you may create on your own. You are to Create this Pokemon and post him in a Separate Forum in the Pokedex where he will then be looked at by Admins and wait to be approved for use.

Rquirements so Far:
It can not be legendary
You have to be able to beat him with normal Pokemon
It can not be a new type other then the original types.
(I will add more later)
