Backstory: Rumor had spread around Lavender town that a boy mysteriously wandered around the top floor of the Pokémon Tower (Cemetery). It is unknown where he originated. All that is is his name and orientation. The boy is accompanied by a Ghastly and Duskull at all time, said to be his gaurdians.
