She flinched, nothing in Tranqua scared or unnerved her, even having faced the new Tranqua boss hadn't been as bad as hearing the bitterness reflected from Reox's tone. He'd been her best friend, and he still was near her even knowing everything about her, it was a burn to know she was succeeding slowly but surely in turning her back on him in return, he really thought she hated him even though only a forenight ago she'd found herself unable to really. Reox never lashed out in anger, and she never remembered a time he truly yelled at her but she visibly flinched at his tone of voice.

"...Go and se your daughter..." He said softly as he let her go at last "Go on, I need a shower anyway" He said softly a she stood up "She;s missed you, the least you can do is encourage her...Im sure she;ll appriciate it" He said as he left; he didnt sound bitter now jsut dull and lifeless again; his good mood had once again bit killed by Ibrixses.

As quickly as it had become bitter, it slipped into a dull scrappy tone that wasn't much better. She knew he loved the hell out of Calix but it seemed to burn how he called Calix "your daugher" rather then theirs. He was right though, she owed it to Calix after all the years of neglect their relationship had begun to have, Calix had been pushed away almost as much but not quite. Her daughter came out not as bad as Reox since she hadn't received rejection with her neglect.

Reox let her be as he went into the bathroom he sat under the shower fully clothed and burst out into silent tears.

Ibrixses however wasn't so quick to listen to Reox like she had Ren. She laid back down and curled up into a fine curled ball, her misty eyes recollecting how long it had been since she'd been around him. Her mother would be livid but she enjoyed Reox's grip around her, he still wanted her after it all, that was as true a friend, lover, and husband as one got especially considering how black she and her heart was after how she treated him. She couldn't hear him cry but she listened to the shower, after they had ended up married they'd showered together a lot. She could still remember what he looked like the memories were that vivid to her, and he was still just as tempting and arousing. She was in big trouble being around him but right now she just didn't want to. Her mother was nowhere near her, no one could see anything of her right?

Reox felt like a fucking weakling; what manly man cries alone in the freaking shower!; he always did this after breaking down his little protective walls; he couldnt help it; he felt like he was banging his head agaisnt an ibrixxses shaped wall and he couldnt get to ehr, she was her ebut the Ibrixses he knew was farr far away out of reach,; it frustrated hhim and disheartened him to no end.

Reox sigehd as he looked up at the ceinl a swater dripped down his face "...Please don't make me let you go Brixses" he whispered softly

She still couldn't hear him over the water which probably did much to save his pride as a male. She started to kind of drift off, she was still super groggy and not sure WHAT he had put into her system, she had to shake it off but it was relaxing to hear the water and inadvertently she couldn't get the image of him in the shower out of her mind completely or to get it not to affect her.

Reox emerged fromt he shower a few minute later; he walked into the room dripping wet; he thought Ibrixses had falled back asleep so he paid her no mind as he stripped off his shirt; the real damage was there; he had t eated in days and his rbs were staring to stick out rather badlyt now; the onyl thing that wasnt skiny was where his muscles were becuase he constantly trained.

He changed inta fresh shirt a sad pained experession on his face the whole time as he finsiehd gettign dressed out of the wet cloths.

She heard him come out and she fumbled for a tiny mirror in her bag silently, bringing it up just enough to catch the reflection of him, Calix was blind to it likely but she wasn't, and after seeing his gaunt visage for herself even afar she was afraid. Not of him but for his health. She silently brought it back down before he could see her catch a glimpse of him, he'd probably thought she was asleep and that was best for her.

Reox sigh as he rubbed at the bridge of his nose "...godamnit" He grumbled; now hes had his crying fit he felt like and idiot; crying wasnt goign to help anything, he saighed softly a she glanced at Ibbixses before he pulled off the blanket form Calix;s bed and put it over her before he pulled on his jacet and lef tto find Calix and Ren.

Calix was giving her Pokemon each a bit of a pep talk to prepare them for when the Gym Leader would give them the word that it was their turn to battle. Uncle Ren had been watching her and giving her a bit of advice here and there, her mother and Father had been nowhere to be seen since she had left to find Uncle Ren.

After he had left she pushed herself up, part of her was plain shocked at what she had seen, another part of her was outraged and appalled from worry, and a third part of her wondered if she gave up the right to be worried after her cruelty or if, as his wife, she still had a damn right to feel that way.

"Hey" Reox said as he smiled a bit "Momma is stilla bit tired so we;ll wait for ehr okay and sire she wants to give you some advice too" he said to Calix as he stroked her hair softly.

"Hey, Daddy!!" It wasn't surprising to see how much she could be brightened up by Reox's presence, Calix was just like that. She gave an almost plain energetic smile to him, it was hard despite being so close for her to catch what was wrong because he so hid everything wrong from her.

Reox smiled as he scooped ehr up and snuggled her close drawing comfrot from his little girl; he preffered for ehr to not tknow he was upset he hated to see Calix worried; she was sjust a kid after all she wasnt supposed to worry about him,l it was meant to be the other way around "Lets give your momma half an hour then you can go wake her okay?"

"Why is she so sleepy? It is already almost lunch time!!"

Calix was impatient and impetuous but she knew that usually by the second meal of the day on HER SCHEDULE that almost everyone should be up and her mother was ALWAYS up early usually.

"He had a long night" He lied softly as he nuzzled ehr softly with a chuckle "How about you and me get lunch and wake momma when we gat back?" He said to hewr while he gave Ren a look 'DOnt ler Ibrixses leave' was all it said.

She hugged him softly when he nuzzled her, there was just no way she'd ever be able to pull or be harmful to him like Ibrixses had. She couldn't barely stand to see him frown let alone upset or crying. She giggled softly, "Okay."

It didn't take Ibrixses too much longer to get up and finally get dressed. Finally she sat down, she had no clue where her Pokemon where but they were no longer on her belt or in her bag so either they'd been taken away or taken for healing, either way they were gone and someone got smart.

Reox had heald Ibrixses pokemon and actually had them with him or more accuratly; Ren ahd half and he had the other half, He let Calix pick out what se wanted while he made sure to get Ibrixses fave orites and even some of Rens too; as usual he didnt pick anything for himself as he headed back.

Calix was pretty blind most of the time but she wasn't about this, "Daddy......you forgot to order food yourself, silly."

She looked in the bag and there was three batches of food: hers, Mommy's, and Uncle Ren's so it was obvious who was left out.

Reox sweatdropped at that "Silly me" He said as he had to go back and pick out something radond for himself ; sometimes he just COULDNT get away with it. he headed back with all the food "Go and wake up mommy and tell her we have lunch" he said as he set her down.

"There is no need for that, Mommy is here," her voice was soft and she truly looked like she had for the most part recovered. She didn't look like she was tired, her hair was semi-dry and ran along her back in a neat long and graceful fashion. She was fully dressed.

"Goot timing, we got gfood" He said softly; he didnt neet her eyes as he set it out he didnt want to touch his, he felt sick but like hell he was going to show it.

She took a seat, not surprising she took one where she was completely on her own and yet sitting at the same table as them all. She felt like banishing herself to another room it could feel that tense at times but she didn't. Part of her was thankful he didn't bother to face her, half of her was disheartened nevertheless she didn't bring it up.

"Daddy got your favorite, Mommy," she smiled and set it out before looking from one parent to the other, what was WRONG with them? The whole family was together again. She didn't get it at all.

Ren sat near Ibrixses and smield softly "Calix come and sit down" He said as Reox followed with his he picked at his food obvooiusly not looking forward to it so he distracted himself With Calix, talking to her abouew when he;d first got his badge and how excited he;d been.

Calix then got slightly nervous and it became a bit obvious that Ibrixses asked her about it, "What's wrong Calix?"

"Daddy was Houndoom just a Houndour when you got your first badge?"

Calix was conflicted, she'd been training with her Pokemon and an older kid had mentioned that her Pokemon could only be at their best in their evolved forms and that she had none of them evolved at all though she trained a bunch, how was she supposed to know that all the training was really enough. It had made her all nervous again and kind of touching on the forbidden issue of evolution. She liked her Pokemon the way they were but she didn't want to be the odd one out.
