"Well, it's still in the prototype stage so I just got the permission to start but like I said," she sweatdropped with a blush, "I have abysmal mechanic skills."

"Well then If you dont mind Ill use your computer and un encrypte the blue pritns and Ill start work on it right away" He said with a smile; he liekd workming with his hands he found it fun.

"Not at all, I take it you don't need to be shown the way. Do excuse me please, I need to do my morning rounds. I do take care of the trainer's Pokemon and I have yet to feed them all. The lab is in your charge while I am in the fields and pastures," she walked off giving him little choice but to allow her to wander off, putting healthy distance between him and her right from the get-go.

Ren nodded as soon s she was gone his face split into a wide grin he cracked his knuckles "Lets get to work "He went to her computer and printed out the blue prints, it seemed Maple had already ordered the materials in which to make the machine so all Ren needed to do was fix it all together.

Within the hour he was already nearly done in making the outer body of the machine he;d took off his shirt and lab coat as he hefted about heavy peeves of metal.

Maple took her time caring for the Pokemon, grooming some, feeding them all and releasing a few out into a large pasture to have room to run. When she finally came back she was left speechless. Ren had gotten a lot done which was a shock however the FIRST fact she had noticed immediately was the fact he was SHIRTLESS! She hadn't expected to come back to that at all. She was clearly speechless and frozen in place for a few seconds but she quickly shrugged it off, god forbid he saw her gawking in shock because that would MORTIFY her.

Ren barely noticed she;d walked in; he was absorbed with what he was doing its obvious he was working hard because he was sweating a little fro all the moving he;d been doing, the outer casing for the machine was pretty heavy even when it was lain parts. "Oh hey!" Rens aid as he noticed her and stood up, he had smudges of grease on his face and chest This things gonna be pretty big I haven't even finished the outer casing yet"

"Uh.....hello, I was not expecting this," she blurted out leaving him in the dark about whether she meant expected him to be so far with the machine or to be shirtless or both, "I see, we'll it has to be pretty big for us, this is pretty much the device that powers and sustains the "stand-by" portion. The device the trainers will have are smaller, ironically they are based in design off of the snag machine but instead of stealing Pokemon they bring the Pokemon to the trainer's hand."

"I work fast" He said with a faint grin; presuming that's what she meant "Its gonna take me a few ours to finish the outer portion and the engine and inner workings are going to take even longer, way longer" He said "I reckon it's going to take me a few weeks"

"Well this is only the beginning, if this REALLY comes to work these will need to be installed en masse at every Pokemon Center, or nearly every one of them. I've been envisioning this project for over a decade. When you become a researcher, by going well BEYOND simply a degree and pursue your Master's you have to write a dissertation or "thesis" and over time you have to make it a reality, you have to create something that will "better" the world. It's encouraging to see you taking to this so easily.

She was TRULY psyched at the idea of this getting a move on; maybe her mistake wasn't so much of one but she knew that Ren wouldn't kick in the bucket and so she had to watch for that. Regardless she was thankful for his presence.

"Maybe I could but there no fun in that I preffer making things, not designing them" He admitted with a soft smile.

"Why is that?"she didn't know why this particular conversation came so easily to her but it did and even though she knew she had work she took the luxury of socializing for now.

"Ren, I have no problem with complimenting you were it is due but I won't "encourage" your advances were they are undesired. There is a difference," she said quietly before turning to speak to her guest.
