"Listen, just stop it Reox. I have been pursuing a divorce with you for FIVE YEARS and that isn't going to change from your attempts at a sloppy courtship to save our failed marriage. I am not going to drop it and I am not going to give in so cut to the chase and deal with it. A life of separation has worked the last five years, and it will work fine for the rest of my life if you are so pigheaded you can let either of us move on over it."

Reox chuckled at her words; they stung inside but he refused to let her see it on his face "Sloppy courtship? Why would I need to court my own wife?" he said amused before he tugged her closer "Deal with it? I've dealt with it Ibrixszes...all the lies, all the secrets...all the torture you put me through...and yet here I am" He murmured softly his lips agaisnt her ear "Youve almsot killed me...and I still love you...no matter what you say...that is what YOU need to deal with Ibrixses...not me, Ive been good these 5 years, I've given you your space and rarely bothered you...but not any more...I want my fucking wife back" he whispered softly his grip tightening on her. His grip wasnt painful in a nyway, he;d never hurt Ibrixses but it ensured that she DEFINARTLY wasn't moving.

"Well I am not coming back...........and you can't make me, wife or not I don't have to deal with you. If you continue to bother me I'll secure a restraining order on both you and your brother and don't doubt I wouldn't........"

She sounded DEADLY serious and her whisper was so silent and cold in tone that it would sting to have his ears said to him like that.

"I know your lying...you hiding ssomthing and you don;t mean that" He said seriously "If you dispised me so much you would have kicked me ass, fought me tooth and nail to get away this morning buit you didn;t...so, how about we make a deal" He said as he sat up "You have to spend a few hours a day for a week with me each day I have to convince you to drop the divorce by the end of it if you can look me in the eyes and tell me you dont love me...Ill drop the whole thing and you can have your divorce" He said softly. "I wont give you up without some sort of fight"

That was the ONLY time she heard him come close to agreeing to it and she knew she'd be damned lucky to EVER have another opportunity to get him to that. She just had to resist him, and she'd get what she wanted. She knew he wouldn't go back on his word so she could take it, "Deal."

If worse to worse she could tell him about EVERYTHING, that would certainly probably rebuke him. He though she had given him the worse she faltered to think what would be his reaction to REALLY knowing her.

Ibrixses took that to push free of him and she went over to take refuge with Calix, the perfect time for Ren to figure out what went on while he was with Calix.

Ren glided over "Well?"

"I made a bet with her...its risky but if she can;t do it...then we;ll finally find out just what the hells going on" He said softly as he watched Claix and Ibrixsers together.

She glanced over at the two, only now regretting she didn't assure he'd keep Ren from causing trouble for her by helping him. =.=

It had been something she had NEVER been able to say, it was easy to demand a divorce but impossible to say she didn't love Reox. They always been friends and when they had grown up he'd been quick to take it several LARGE steps further.

"I hope your right...you up to babysitting?" Reox asked with a smile and ren chuckled !GOt nothing better to do" He said as they btoher stood back and let Ibrixses spend some time with her daughter.

Calix would LOVE that, she didn't always get to see the most of Ren and after Daddy he was practically her next closest family since distance seemed to creep occasionally around her and her mother's relationship as she grew up.

Reox smield "Well Me and Ibrixses are going to spend some time together...I think tis about time we had dinner together" He said with a smile; REeox didnt look it but he could be damn romatic when he needed to be.

Poor Ren was probably going to have Calix dumped on him quite a bit, and the energetic girl would likely keep him busy but entertained in the interim.

Ren didnt mind he did spoil the little girl as much as Reox did and it was obvious he was find of her, he wouldnt mind spending more time with ehr while Reox cracked Ibrixses wide open.

Finally Ibrixses called it a break, "We're done for the day.......she is getting tired and the ice isn't going to last for many more hours since we are in a thaw."

She skated to the side with Calix and both of them took off their skates, Ibrixses getting up to return to town.

"Yep!" she hugged him tight, "Daddy, I didn't fall for a while." ^-^

For Calix a while was like a full minute without someone holding on, she had a bit to learn.

Ibrixses gave him a glance with a simple nod, as per there agreement she doubted she'd be able to find any way to back out so it looked like she would be seeing him.

Ibrixses had been able to easily do it and she was her mother's daughter. It wouldn't do for Ibrixses daughter NOT able to manage in the winter and its hobbies.
