Xavi hummed to himself as he approached the park watching the girl search for something for a bit before approaching her "what are you looking for?" he asked unafraid

She turned as if spooked and it was likely she didn't even REALIZE that he was there, "I'm looking for my Pokemon. He was taken away from me; I've been looking for days. He is short and gray-ish and rocky."

"why would you want a geodude?" he said making a face, he thought geodude's were kinda useless. "Where did you loose it?" he asked feeling helpful, but not too much so

"It's NOT a Geodude. That one is ugly! MY Pokemon was adorable; I hatched him myself well I mean, I helped his Momma do it. His name is Larvitar! See?"

She showed him a recent picture since Larvitar was VERY young having hatched within the last month, "He was my first partner until some evil people took him away...."

"Oh I have one of those on my right now," Xavi said offhandedly with a casual shrug, his light bangs falling into his large childish eyes "it beat up a huge dragon which was pretty cool, not as cool as rory though, he's the coolest and best pokemon ever"

"You have a Larvitar? Can I see?" She knew it was a long shot but she couldn't NOT check; having her partner, her starter missing was near torture.

"I don't see why not," he shrugged "it's all tired out and stuff though." she said bringing the pokemon out "a larvitar," he said with a casual shrug. watching the little girl

She took a look at it and finally looked back at him, "That's MINE," she said it matter-of-factly, it was a direct and to the point sort of voice. She just knew her Pokemon and she was sure if Tyranitar was around with her right now it would know her child. Something in her gut clenched though Larivtar held a blank stare. It didn't seem to recognize or reciprocate. It looked UNLIKE itself and she was nothing to it.

"No it's not," Xavious replied in the same tone. "it doesn't even care about you how can it be yours?" he questioned summoning it back to it's pokeball. Elzy would be angry if this girl tried to take it from him.

"That's MY Pokemon and I know it, what did you DO to it?! He was taken from me once; I won't let some little boy take him away now," she said haughtily and she placed her hands on her hips. Her Pichu on her shoulder had sparks dancing on its cheeks as if sensing her upset as being genuine and true, "I don't know how YOU got my Larvitar from those Pokemon thieves but stealing other Trainer's Pokemon is WRONG. Daddy says so, so you shouldn't be keeping my Pokemon unless you're a thief!" she said as she pointed at him, she was SUPER upset that he had denied it being hers.

"I didn't steal anything," Xavi replied looking at the pichu warily, he didn't like getting shocked "You have to prove it's your pokemon first, but it's not even mine to give away I'll get in trouble if I lose a pokemon and I'm not gonna let some little girl get me into major trouble." he replied a little heatedly himself.

"If that Pokemon was STOLEN in the first place it shouldn't be going back to who took it, it belongs with its rightful trainer. She pulled out a Pokeball and opened it, "This is his Pokeball. He probably won't go in it since the thieves used a new Pokeball on him but I KNOW that Pokemon. If you give me time I could prove it but I absolutely WON'T let you go away with him. You give me back my Pokemon or I'll follow you until you do!"

She glared and her Pichu agreed heatedly, it even recognized a fellow teammate when it saw Larvitar, "Pi-pichu!"

"there is nothing I can do even if it is your pokemon. I'm not going to get in trouble, so feel free to follow me and you can talk to Elzy yourself." he said not knowing that he was part of a poke-thief group

"Fine! Maybe I will," it totally went OUT of her mind that she had PROMISED her Daddy that she'd not leave the park at all.

"Pi-pi-pichu!" it was trying to get her to stop, to remember that she wasn't supposed to leave but already the baby Pokemon gave up after a while and followed along.

He too ignored the pichu as he led[ them back to the base. he knocked on the door and waited patiently like the good child he was

"Come in," a voice said inviting the little boy to come in.

He had barely opened it when she pushed past him in utter shock, "Grandma?! What are you doing here?"

"Now, Kalyx, what have I told you to call me?"

"Sorry, what are you doing here?"

"Making things right for the world. I see you made a friend.....Xavi. First things first were you successful with your mission to soothe the Pokemon in pain?"

Nodding, Xavi approached her and held out the pokeball then the one that contained the larvitar "do you know her elzy?" he asked looking up curiously

Elza took the Pokeball with the dragon he snagged but didn't take back Larvitar's, "I would kindly appreciate if you'd hand the Pokemon you used in your last mission to this girl. She is my granddaughter, Kalyx and she is the original trainer of that Pokemon."

Kalyx was SO tempted to tell him "told you so" but she knew that wasn't very nice. Her grandma would probably tell her off for being mean so she kept her mouth shut as she glanced at him waiting as patiently as she could.

Elza knew she'd made it into a mindless drone that would listen to anyone however she couldn't say that to the two young children looking at her questionably, "Perhaps it took a liking to you.....I cannot say. The thing that matters is its been returned to its trainer."

She said giving a small smile to Kalyx; for some reason it made her feel strange.

"Grandma....I better get back home. Daddy is going to wonder where I am."

"Why don't you stay here? Hmmm? Xavi doesn't have many friends to play with and I'll make sure to tell your Daddy," she gave a thin smile and looked at Xavi for confirmation that it was an enjoyable arrangement.

Xavi looked at Kalyx with a small shy smile "I'd really like that, no one around here is my age." he admitted with a hint of hopefulness

Kalyx blinked having not gotten much of a chance to agree or not however she nodded, "Alright, as long as its alright with Daddy."

"i'll show you my room," Xavi said taking her head to lead her off and show her all the places he liked here. he was very excited now to have someone his own age around.
