"The other doggy came too," ^-^ as far as Houndoom was concerned it WAS closer to a domestic dog and it could be seen why she came to that assumption. At this point she seemed to be getting tired as she let off a small yawn when she hugged Houndoom around the neck.

She frowned and then said, "Well......okay," she supposed he DID have a point, she had to do that every night it was just different to not have her mother instructing her to do it. It drove home that she was now with her Father rather then her.

Calix ran to get her night gown and slipped it on before brushing her teeth. She had to stand on the toilet lid to be able to reach the counter at a comfortable level to manage to do it.

Reoc flicked throught the book and smiled a bit as he tucke dher into bed once she was done and sat by her bed and started to read the story to her.

She settled under the covers and looked at him expectantly, she didn't get anything more then pictures from it and she was still real unsure about the house at night time. She always at the disorienting and creepy feelings that SOMETHING was there and that was something she WASN'T used to from her first home.

Reox would point out the pokemon and tell her what thier names were in hope of educating her a little better.

She immediately recognized some of those she had seen already, it was easy to see Reox was trying to show her Pokemon that were common around Dusk City so they wouldn't surprise or scare her so much.

Reox smield and stroekd her hair ashe went through the book with her; it ewas sorta nice being able to be a father.

She pointed to a Pokemon in the book, a Sableye which she had NEVER seen, "Shiny.....its Shiny."

She seemed to look around a bit as though expecting to be able to see it somewhere, it didn't connect that like Haunter it was a ghost type but unlike Haunter it was a dark type too so that should make it MORE solid then he was at any rate.

Calix looked at it, it looked just like the book except a tad confused as to why it was called or why the girl was staying around the house and with Reox.

"Oh he has sharp teeth," ._. that was the FIRST THING she noticed about Sableye's: his grin. The sharp teeth were for chewing its food: ROCKS and minerals but Calix didn't know that really so she was a bit apprehensive sounding.
